Consulting Engagement Schedule
Month 1:
First meeting- One physical meeting with the entrepreneur and other decision-makers to identify the gaps and develop a road map for the organisation.
Phone calls- Four Phone call discussions for 10 minutes every week as per mutual convenience
Month 2:
Zoom meeting- One month from the first meeting, we will have a one-hour Zoom meeting to understand the implementation and doubt clearance.
A second round of Phone calls-Four Phone call discussions for 10 minutes every week as per mutual convenience Subsequent meetings and the number of engagement days can be mutually decided based on the need
The outcomes from the consulting services will be as follows:

Developing Strategies
- A road map exercise defines the vision, mission and values; the same will be shared as PPT to the customer.
- We will develop long-term and short-term strategies for which the customer should develop action plans, which will be reviewed before implementation.
HR Functions
- Based on the services service required, we will design the activities, and the same will be documented and shared with the customer
