Leadership Summit

The Leadership Summit is an annual retreat for chapter office bearers, core committee members, Vice Chairmen, Governing Council members, and YES Ambassadors. Led by the Chairman of YES, this two-day summit, held in a private setting, provides a platform to revisit the core values of YES, align with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the upcoming financial year, and engage in meaningful knowledge and experience sharing.

It serves as a strategic forum where the leadership team reflects, recharges, and charts the roadmap for the future growth of YES.
